Experience That Protects and Builds
Legacy AI Consulting was founded by Richard E. Floyd, Jr. to help organizations and families sharpen their focus on two essential priorities: sustainable business development and the protection of family wealth.
With more than two decades of experience in the estate-planning and legacy-support field, Richard has assisted families as they organized their affairs, protected hard-earned investments, and prepared to transfer what they built to future generations.
His business-development experience includes helping launch numerous LLCs and corporations and supporting entrepreneurs across the United States. Each engagement is organized around the client’s state-specific incorporation or estate-planning requirements. When a matter requires licensed legal, tax, financial, or other professional judgment, clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate review in the applicable state.
Richard also brings decades of leadership in operations, employee training, process improvement, customer service, and technology-supported problem-solving. Every engagement begins with listening, respects the client’s purpose, and is explained in clear, understandable language.
A Personal Commitment
I first understood the importance of estate planning when I lost my grandmother—the woman who raised my brother, my sister, and me. She often told us that the family home would one day pass to us. It was more than a house. We were born and raised there, completed our chores there, and learned to love every part of it—from the loose boards to the pipes that sometimes burst.
When she passed, other family members asserted claims because her wishes had not been fully protected. In the middle of our grief, we chose not to fight and walked away. I made a decision then: that would never be my situation again, nor the situation of the people I love. I learned, prepared, and protected. Today, my mission is to help other families avoid that same experience—because honoring a person’s wishes is one way we honor their life.
Family is my life. As a father of six, I believe preparation is one of the ways we show up for the people we love, even when doing so is difficult. My faith has taught me to keep learning, keep building, and remain committed to service. Helping people access guidance they may not otherwise believe they can afford is part of my purpose and one of the ways I express love.
When clients work with me, I want them to know that I am as invested in their goals and dreams as they are. Their plans matter. Their families matter. Their businesses matter. We do the work together, and we celebrate progress together. I hope my legacy will be a company that made life a little easier during difficult moments, helped people overcome the fear of building their dream business, and gave families a clearer way to put their wishes on paper.
“To honor a person’s wishes is to honor their life.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Review the most common questions about consultations, fees, professional scope, and continuing support.
We begin by listening to your goals, concerns, current situation, and desired outcome. The consultation helps identify the appropriate service, information you may need to gather, and whether coordination with a licensed attorney, CPA, tax professional, financial professional, or other specialist is appropriate.
Yes. The $125 Trust & Estate Planning consultation is credited toward the $1,250 engagement when that service is secured. The Business Incorporation consultation is $100; the incorporation service is $850, with all state registration fees paid separately by the client.
Legacy-AI Consulting provides estate-planning education, information organization, administrative support, and coordination with licensed professionals. Support may include goal clarification, document and asset-information organization, execution and notarization checklists, and trust-funding information organization. No. Legacy-AI Consulting LLC is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or insurance agency. We provide estate-planning education, information organization, administrative support, and coordination with licensed professionals. Document preparation is offered only where legally permitted and as specifically defined in the client’s engagement agreement. Documents are not represented as attorney-reviewed unless a licensed attorney separately reviews them. A notary verifies identity and signatures and performs the required notarial act; notarization alone does not determine a document’s legal sufficiency or fund a trust. Clients remain responsible for proper execution, asset transfers, and obtaining licensed legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or insurance advice when needed.
We help entrepreneurs organize formation information, understand administrative steps, prepare business-development workflows, and coordinate the filing process described in the engagement. The service fee is $850 after the $100 consultation. State registration charges, registered-agent fees, licenses, permits, and third-party professional fees are not included unless stated in writing.
Legacy Leadership provides continuing administrative support for qualifying Trust & Estate Planning and Business Incorporation clients for $125 per month. It includes ongoing guidance within the agreed scope and one document addendum each membership year. Legal review, state filings, taxes, and third-party professional work may require separate fees.
Yes. Legacy-AI Consulting serves clients across all 50 states through virtual consultation, education, information organization, administrative support, and coordination with licensed professionals. Incorporation filings, document preparation, execution formalities, notarization, witnessing, taxes, licensing, and other requirements vary by jurisdiction.
