- When you select Submit Questionnaire, FormSubmit processes the public questionnaire information for email delivery to Legacy-AI Consulting. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, passwords, complete birth dates, or confidential documents through a public questionnaire.
- Authenticated readiness portals store client-provided organizational information so the client can save progress and Legacy-AI can review the packet. Do not enter Social Security numbers, ITINs, passwords, banking credentials, full account numbers, or confidential document contents.
- When an authenticated portal user selects a packet download, FormSubmit processes a notification containing limited contact and packet-status information. Questionnaire answers and the PDF are not included in that notification.
- Our website host may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time, and pages requested for security and site operation.
- Scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Information entered there is handled under Cal.com’s own privacy practices.

Service Providers and Information Processing
We do not sell personal information. Website hosting and storage, ChatGPT authentication, FormSubmit public-form delivery, Cal.com scheduling, Stripe payments, and other approved providers may process limited information for their assigned functions. Their handling is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
- ChatGPT provides portal authentication; Legacy-AI does not receive the user's password or one-time authentication code.
- FormSubmit processes preliminary public-questionnaire information for email delivery.
- Cal.com processes information entered for appointment scheduling.
- Stripe processes payment and transaction information; Legacy-AI does not ask clients to disclose full payment-card details through our forms.
- Licensed professionals or advisers receive information only when authorized or necessary for the engagement and permitted by applicable requirements.
Sensitive Information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, medical records, or similarly sensitive information through the website questionnaire or ordinary email. If sensitive information becomes necessary, ask us for the appropriate secure method.
Retention and Security
Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, document the interaction, and meet legal or business-record requirements. Active-client and portal records may be retained for the engagement, continuing support, security review, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. When information no longer has a documented purpose, it should be deleted or de-identified under the applicable retention process. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices, Correction, and Deletion
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you provided. We verify identity before acting. A deletion request may be limited when information is needed for an active engagement, security investigation, transaction record, dispute, legal obligation, or another documented recordkeeping purpose. We will explain the applicable limitation or completion of the request. If a state privacy law applies, including applicable California rights, we will process a verified request as required and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
AI and Website Measurement
AI-supported work remains subject to human review and the professional boundaries described in our AI and Data Practices. The site may maintain daily aggregate counts for a limited set of consultation, guide, portal, and trainer selections. These counts are not intended to contain questionnaire answers, names, email addresses, client-record identifiers, full URLs, or advertising profiles.
Children and External Services
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Links to third-party sites and services are governed by those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
