Engagements, Deposits, and Fees
Services begin only after scope, responsibilities, fees, and applicable terms are confirmed in a written engagement or service agreement. For fixed-fee Trust & Estate Planning and Incorporation engagements, the consultation fee is credited toward the service fee when services are retained. Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, a total 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, is applied toward the stated service fee, and remains subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final documents are delivered. Legacy Leadership Membership is billed separately at $125 per month and is not subject to the fixed-fee project-deposit requirement. Website descriptions, sample agreements, and prices do not replace a signed agreement. Government filing charges and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in writing.
